Sales Conditions

When and how payment occurs for products will be by personal arrangement between myself and you the customer.  Please contact me  to discuss payment and delivery methods.  It is also possible that a discount will be offered on multiple purchases!  I can currently accept credit/debit card sales through Jaspah Crafts and through Pay Pal.

Shipping And Handling  

Shipping/delivery costs will depend on the size, shape and weight of the object being purchased.  Some estimates of delivery costs have been included with the details where appropriate, but we will need to discuss delivery details.  Often it will be possible to arrange personal home delivery if your address is fairly close to mine, or it can be arranged for you to collect it from me at a craft fair or from here at Brancepeth Castle.  Many customers like the latter option as it can include a personal tour of parts of the castle that are not generally open to the public. 

I will also able to ship overseas, and I will endeavour to find the most economic but secure method of doing this, however, this will depend upon the items ordered and the delivery location, and I will let you know if I am able to do so.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of items that are in stock, although commissions may take longer, partly because of drying time.  Delivery time is something that we can discuss together at the time of making any order.  If there is a problem with an order I will contact you straight away in order not to delay your shipment.

Back Orders

If an item is not in currently in stock, it will probably be necessary to commission a specific order.  You will always be emailed/phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax

Currently my turnover is too low to worry about VAT, and if it ever does get to the situation that I have to charge VAT it will be a miracle!

Guarantee

I guarantee your satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with any product received from me, and the problem has been caused by me, contact me within 30 days of purchase and I will do everything I can can to solve your problem!  However, you must remember that ALL ceramic items are fragile to a lesser or greater extent, and it is your responsibility to treat your Green Man pottery product with the love and care it deserves.

If you have any problems after 30 days please contact me and I will endeavour to rectify the situation in the quickest way possible.

Returns Policy

As part of my guarantee I will refund the value of any goods returned to me within 30 days of dispatch as long as they remain in the original packaging and they haven't been damaged after delivery.  These items should be returned directly to obtain the refund.

Faulty or damaged goods should be reported to me as soon as possible to enable me to arrange a pick up or disposal and for the value of both the goods and any delivery charge to be refunded.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy.  I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

I do not disclose customer information to third parties.

I only collect information about you so that I can process your order and provide you with the best possible service; as well as allowing me to monitor and control my sales and production more effectively.

I will not pester you with a constant stream of unwanted emails, and you can refuse any emails from me if you wish.

The type of information I collect about you includes:

Any credit/debit card details I might collect will be deleted as soon as the transaction is completed and will not be held anywhere on the site.

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that I hold about you by emailing me.  If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information I hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Caution!  

All ceramic products are fragile so care should be taken in their handling and during fixing to any wall, etc.
